Why do my blinkers stay solid on my bike?

I just bought a 2001 cbr 929rr. The bike has after market led brake light added. I noticed that both of the turn signals on the dash stay light up all the times and on the left rear blinker stays solid at all times but the right dont but if i try using the right blinker it dont do anything and the left blinker does work. There is one bulb in the front right blinker but no bulb in the left. I looked at the wires at the rear of the bike under the seat and the previous owner cut the harness to add the led brake light and blinkers and there is some wires just tapped up not hooked to anything so where do i start to figure this out.
