All spark plugs bad is that possible?

I have a 2001 mazda mpv and I was told today that all my spark plugs are bad. Yes my van has been showing signs that its misfiring but is it possible for all to be bad?? Also was said my fuel pump has a hole and and my pvc is bad it is running also just poorly
