My dog pulled really hard on the leash, is her neck okay?

If she isn't being really careful with it and she doesn't care when you touch it, she's probably fine. If you are super-duper concerned, take her to the vet, but if there is anything, it's nothing serious. The harness is probably a good idea :) Don't forget about yourself, though. Fix yourself.
