Why do i have to pump the clutch to get it into gear?

Ive lost pressure in my clutch. I have to pump my clutch to get it into gear,but i have no problem when turning it on. It feels like it has no pressure, till i press it all the way in. I recently but fluid today because when i checked it didnt have any at all. Idk what it could be exactly. It kind of looks like my transmission is leaking from the bottom.
