How do you replace a fuel pump on a 1986 IROC Camaro?

My dad and I are doing a little project and going to fix up his old Camaro. Since he won't I'm going to take the initiative and ask the question. I know he mentioned dropping the rear axle. Also, how much would a fuel pump be?
