How can I get rid of a clogged duct?

It seems like it empties a little bit, but then stops so the clog never goes away. I've been doing warm compresses, massages, hand expressions, and pumping every two hours, but nothing has helped. I can normally get them to empty within a few hours, but this one is coming up on a full 24 hours. Any suggestions?
