Can I take my shaved ferret for a walk?

Its a nice day out and the normal temperature that i normaly use for taking my ferret for a walk but he recently had to get blood drawn soo the vet shaved his whole next and part of one of his back legs. The next area starts getting bald from fur right were his harness connects. Should i change the tempurature i take him out in since he has bare skin? will the harness rub his skin and irritate it? he does have small scabs from the shots that can be put into play also. I normaly walk about a third of a mile to a nearby park because the kids love him. Should I take him outside today?
