THERE IS A WHITE FOAM WITH A PINK TINT INT MY RADIATOR?

I have a 2000 dodge caravan with a 3.3 v6 that is leaking water from both the front and rear of the engine there is a white foam with a slight pink tint in the radiator that smells like oil but there is not water in the oil i took the hole side where the water pump is apart and it is not the water pump leaking i don't think its the head gasket tho can anyone help me out?
