Radio turns on/plays when key is turned back, but when u turn on the car to drive theres power but no sound?

also when u turn the key forward the sound comes on, only when u turn on the car and drive there is no sound, checked wire harness and everything looks accordingly. i believe it has to do something with the ignition switch turning forward that is causing the problem. thanks for ur help!
