Installed new deck now right side speakers crack?

ok so i bought a new pioneer deck and installed it correctly all the correct wires to wires with electrical tape surrounding the wires. but i get this crackling noise out of my right side speakers. ive checked the wiring over and over on the deck and the door speakers and none of them are touching metal. Should i replace the wiring harness to the deck or could it be the deck it self thats causing the speakers to crack? Any suggestions would help me at this point. THANKS!!!
